These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the website. We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the site following changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

Zorge 3D Labs is a Kenyan company offering 3D printing services, product design, prototyping, and the retail sale of 3D printers, filaments, and accessories. We operate primarily in Kenya and deliver across the country.

We offer the following categories of products and services:

• Physical products — 3D printers, filaments, spare parts, and accessories available via our online shop.
• 3D printing services — Custom print jobs submitted via file upload or design request.
• Design services — CAD design, rapid prototyping, and bulk production runs.

All product images are for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to accurately represent colours and specifications, but slight variations may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We accept payment via M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa). Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed or dispatched. For custom print jobs, a quote must be accepted and payment made before work commences.

Cost estimates generated by our online calculator are indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed by our team before production begins.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, for example if an item is out of stock, if pricing errors are discovered, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and acknowledged. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details.

For custom 3D printing orders, turnaround times are estimates. Complex or large-volume orders may take longer. We will communicate any delays promptly.

We deliver across Kenya. Delivery timelines and costs depend on the destination and order type. Free delivery may be available for qualifying orders as communicated at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.

• Returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged or defective.
• We do not issue cash refunds — store credit is offered in eligible cases.
• Exchanges are available subject to stock availability and our exchange policy.
• Items damaged through customer misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Zorge 3D Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. When you submit a 3D design file for printing, you confirm that you have the right to reproduce it and that doing so does not infringe any third-party rights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zorge 3D Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
